We tour via Richmond and Kurrajong to Mount Tomah. The Mount Tomah gardens are amazing and feature 28 hectares of magnificent colour with Protea, Cherry Blossom, Rhododendrons and Azaleas during the season.
We enjoy morning tea here while taking in the views which extend up to 180 kilometres across the canyon. Later at the beautiful township of Leura, possibly the best known in the mountains, we have time to stroll the attractive main street filled with antique stores and boutiques. You may wish to make a purchase from the famous Leura Candy Store.
A special highlight is our visit to Bygone Beautys Treasured Teapot Museum and Tearooms where we learn all about the five thousand five hundred teapots in an amazing collection from all over the world. We will also be served a delightful lunch and of course a freshly brewed cup of tea.
We venture via Springwood, stopping to view one of the best know sights in the Blue Mountains, The Three Sisters! We continue our scenic tour into Sydney.
Today has been set aside for you to enjoy some private time, sightseeing or shopping. You may wish to take the opportunity to take a ferry trip across the Harbour to Manly for a stroll along the boardwalk to the famous Manly beaches. Check with our tour guide for more information and any assistance you may require.
Tonight, we transfer to the fabulous Capitol Theatre to enjoy a true New York City production, CHICAGO! Capture the very essence of Broadway. A tale of fame, fortune, glitz and glam all tied together with a jazzy score. The show is based on real life events back in the roaring 1920s, jazz slayer Roxie Hart shoots her lover and along with Cell Block rival, double-murderess Velma Kelly, they fight to keep from death row with the help of smooth talking lawyer, Billy Flynn.
Chicago has been honoured with 6 Tony Awards, 2 Olivier Awards, a Grammy and thousands of standing ovations. No wonder why it’s a sell-out production!
We depart the city and tour North across the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge to Hornsby, Cowen to Brooklyn situated on the Hawkesbury River. Here we board the Last Riverboat Postman to cruise for just over 3 hours to deliver mail and other essential items to some of the isolated residents living along the pretty river.
Along the way we stop at Dangar and Milson Islands, Kangaroo Point, Bar Point and Milsons Passage. We enjoy tea/coffee on board as well as grandma’s famous Anzac biscuits! Later a delicious Ploughman’s Lunch is served before we complete the wonderful outing.
Tonight, we transfer to ANZ Sydney Olympic Park to experience The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Direct from its annual sell-out season on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, Scotland where it continues to boast sell-out performance delighting more than 220,000 people each summer. Set against the amazing backdrop of a full size replica of Edinburgh Castle its 1200 International performers bring together a thrilling mix of music, ceremony, military tradition, theatre and dance from the world’s best massed pipes and drums. It will also feature traditional Scottish favourites including pipers, fiddlers’ dancers and precision drill teams, together with representatives from around the globe and members of the Australian Defence Force.

Iconic landmarks include the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanic Gardens, Garden Island Naval base, Taronga Zoo, Government House, palatial waterfront homes, Fort Denison and much more.
