Our Peace of Mind Promise allows you to book with confidence on any of the tours below. If you decide not to travel for any reason, let us know at least 40 days before departure and your booking will be held in credit to use towards a future booking with us.

  • After deposit has been received: loss of deposit;
  • Within 90 days of departure: 100% of total booking value

The cancellation policy for these holidays will be advised at the time of booking confirmation. Rail & Sail Holidays shown on our website offer a Booking Request option only and all payments must be made over the phone or in-store.

  • After deposit has been received: loss of deposit;
  • 71 to 100 days before departure: 50% of total booking value plus deposit;
  • Within 70 days of departure: 100% of total booking value
