Discover Old Delhi’s legendary bazaars and New Delhi’s 19th century buildings. The narrow streets of Old Delhi are lined with shops, whose goods spill out onto the pavements. Visit the iconic Red Fort before strolling through the fascinating Chandni Chowk Bazaar to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. Stop briefly at India Gate, a moving memorial to the 90,000 Indian servicemen who died in World War I. Visit the Lakshmi Narayan Hindu Temple, one of Delhi’s major temples before visiting Humayun’s Tomb.
